Ingredients
1/4 cup homescapepets mussel mobility
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons cup raw, unrefined, cold-pressed coconut oil
2 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp kale supplement or chopped kale

Bring water and coconut oil to boil . Add them your pepper, kale, and mussel mobility. Whisk/stir together then turn off heat. You can add them into silicon molds and freeze or keep as paste in jar you can add to food. I prefer frozen.
1/4 of a tsp to 3/4 daily. Start at 1/4 work to 3/4 to avoid upset stomach and loose stools. Golden paste keeps for 2-3 weeks in original form sealed in refrigerator. Frozen life span is around 90 days.
